You will eventually reach your goal. But it takes for ever. The driver takes detours to say hello to friends, get food or change tires. Sadly they dont really let you know, so there is no time for you to get food yourself. Bring a lot, like really A LOT more time than advertised.

Trip was splitted and for the part to Krabi I had to sit in the tiny rear seat because it was fully booked. I am 1.94m tall what made it really challenging and uncomfy. Second part was OK and the staff was really polite.

We had two very different trips. On the first trip from Koh Lanta to Krabi, the driver arrived early and was in a bad mood because we took a few minutes longer than expected, angrily pointing at his watch. He then drove at a snail's pace to the next hotels and got lost several times. However, we and one cockroach on board arrived in Krabi on time. The second trip from Krabi to Khao Sok was the exact opposite. The driver was very nice, and the van was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The driver even let us out a little earlier because our hotel was on the way to the van station. Thank you again! As you can see, it always depends on which driver you get.

Koh Lanta > Khao Sok, Arrived a little after estimated time but the journey involved a lot of stopping - one stop in krabi town for 1hr+, so felt like it could have been a lot more efficient. First mini bus was stacked with luggage.

We had to wait 1 hour at the bus terminal and we arrived at our destination 2 hours later than expected. The driver also did some personal stops to fix his phone.

We booked transfer from Koh Lanta and hotel transfer was included in the ticket, but driver wrote us few hours before departure that we need to pay na extra 150 THB per person, because our hotel is too far. We were made to arrange taxi to the nearest village on his way, only 8 minutes far from our hotel, which was more cheaper than amount he told us. It's a scam.
