Stephen RThe coordination including hotel pick up and transfer to the pier was second to none. The speedboat journey to Samui and then onto Phangan was however one of the worst experiences of my life. The sea was so rough I felt physically sick by the time I got to my destination and we got absolutely soaked, which meant putting on the plastics raincoats which were kindly provided.

Leslie VMeh- fine if you want to keep the price down and don't have any time expectations and are ok being packed in like sardines and potentially changing vehicles without having any real understanding of what is happening- it'll be fine. I knew the time was a "estimate "so I didn't mind being picked up late by about 40 minutes, the drop off time was not that late given how many other pick ups and drop offs we had to do, but at one point they just got us all off the van and made us transfer to an open vehicle without understanding why, but we were branching off depending on where we were going. There MAY Have been ac? Couldn't tell with how many people ! Again – if you want to save money, you will get there. If you want to be comfortable – pay more and book a private vehicle or taxi

Adam VDirections when arriving to the pier were very unclear, most travelers seemed confused where to wait and which boat to board. Otherwise the ferry itself was fine and quite comfortable, although around 20 minutes late. Seats were a bit nasty with strange stains but pleasant to sit in.

Joanna AFirst the boat stopped unscheduled, mid journey to drop some other passengers to a boat to go to Phuket in the middle if the ocean. Then the boat was too large to go to the pier, so it was a long tail & climbing over another boat to get on the pier. All of this took about 1 hour longer than the quoted time. I think next time bhundaya speed boats only for me.

Enzo TWe are quite disappointed with the service during our recent flight. We asked several times for blankets, but our requests were unfortunately ignored each time.
We understand that flights can be busy, but basic comfort requests such as blankets should not be repeatedly overlooked.

Bernadet KDriver came almost an hour later than our appointment. We thought, maybe we will be the last ones to be picked up, but that was not the case: we had to do 4 stops after us, so the driver just started the trip late. We texted the 'hotline' wich was online on whatsapp multiple times if we had missed our minivan, but they didnt respond. Also tried to called the number, but did not answer. The driver drove like an idiot: almost pushed two other cars off the road and overtook other cars where it was totally irresponsible.
