The transfer went smoothly. However, we had selected a drop-off in the Ao Nang area. The hotel is located there, and they refused to let us off—even for an extra fee—even though it would only have added five minutes to the drive. As a result, after dropping everyone off at the designated points, the journey lasted over three and a half hours.
