I ordered and paid for a van due to baggage and space, I wanted to be comfortable on our journey. A car was sent instead (which was cheaper). When I complained I was told the van had a flat tyre and that I’d be refunded the difference, which I wasn’t.

Driver was half hour late. Then continues to make multiple stops. When we thought there was absolutely no space left we still added more. No leg room for tall people. Drive like mad then went to airport before going to our destination. Pulled off his indicator on ramp off ferry as too much weight in vehicle.
