We were supposed to catch the transfer at 10:00 in Khao Sok. The pick-up point didn't exist, so we ended up leaving at 11:30 with another local taxi that saved our lives because they wanted to. The transfer was awful, a complete disaster.

The booking process is troublesome if your card is not accepted right away it keeps trying without you knowing and if you get another card to go through you end up with 2 appointments even though they say u won't get charged you do. Then you only get a partial refund if any at all.

We left largely on time, and I arrived at Surat Thani airport as expected. The van was packed, the driver had a heavy foot, and I kept sliding stone in my seat. It was a solid, basic option.
