The booking process is troublesome if your card is not accepted right away it keeps trying without you knowing and if you get another card to go through you end up with 2 appointments even though they say u won't get charged you do. Then you only get a partial refund if any at all.

We left largely on time, and I arrived at Surat Thani airport as expected. The van was packed, the driver had a heavy foot, and I kept sliding stone in my seat. It was a solid, basic option.

Very crowded and old vehicle, barely any large space due to all luggages. The vehicle picked me up 20 minutes late, however they incorporate some margins in their planning so I still arrived in perfect timing to the airport. So all good overall! 🙏
