We had a very straight forward experience. Driver picked us up ~10:10a (10:30a departure) from our hotel. We picked a few other people up and arrived 15mins ahead of schedule. Really nothing to add, everything was good!

No more "Call me taxi" transfer!! He was more than half hour late, he then stopped to get a coffee and we all waited 10 minutes. He was driving crazy fast. He then stopped to take 2 more passengers with luggage but we had only 1 seat left!!! So not the best transfer...

We arrived 1 1/2 hours too late at the destination. I took us one hour to get everybody picked up at the Khao Sok and then at the beginning from the route Khao Sok to Khao Lak we drove in the wrong way - looks like the driver has to organize his own stuff?! As well the driver drove very slowly and unsure. At the gas station we had to wait for the driver as well because he was doing something there. In Khao Lak we picked up more people, so that took more time (I thought the drive was only from Khao Sok to Khao Lak but obviously it wasn’t). I decided to book this company because they declare to be faster then the bus - and that was not right - guess with the bus we would have been faster! Wouldn’t choose this company again.
