When we bought the ticket, we had 2 choices or we thought so. One was to go throught Bangkok, the other seemed to go directly. It was the same, we had to go to Bangkok and transfert 2 times. On the bus, I had not enought place for my legs, and I coudn't lower my seat without hindering the person behind. We also had a sick person bagging on the door of the toilet for at least 30 min, before the driver stopped and helped her out.
