Hello, I booked this reservation two days ago, from Khao Sok to Ao Nang for 6 people. When I booked the tickets, 12Go asked me to fill in my hostels adress in Khao Sok and Ao Nang so I did it. When I got the PDF ticket the pick-up point was « Khao Sok Transfer ». In my head it wasn’t clear so I tried to call the hotline two times and no one answered as you can see on the following screen. On the website, when I checked again the tickets, there was a link attached to the pick up point « Khao Sok Transfer », I clicked on it and it sent us to the bus station. So I assumed the pick up was at the bus station since it was written on the PDF and since the link was sending us there. We took a taxi at 7h30from our hostel to go to the station, we paid it 600 hundred baths. When we arrived at the station, the girl at the office told me the bus was coming here. I waited almost two hours and finally got a phone call from the bus driver of our bus, telling me he went to our hostel to pick us up. What is that ? Firstly, nothing was clear at the beginning so that’s why I tried to call the hotline, without any response, I tried to have assistance by chatbot and I could only talk with a robot that didn’t help at all. I assumed the pick up was at the bus station AS IT WAS WRITTEN ON THE TICKET and the next morning the bus driver comes to our hostel ? That’s an absolute disgrace. I am really upset and unhappy about this situation and I want a refund of what I paid right now. Thanks

Really bad communication. I called the operator in the morning before to ask about the pickup location, she told me she would call back. That never happened. I called again the evening before the trip. She said she can’t help and dropped the call. The driver called me the next morning almost two hours after the departure time.

Excellent service. We booked the van from Khao Sok to Krabi. There was AC, comfortable seats and we stopped for toilet. The driver was so nice. Keep in mind that it's a van that picks up every one in different locations, so there will be delays (1 hour and more).......there is a number to call in case you need assistance but no one picked up, so we weren't sure about the time of arrival until it arrived....and you don't have enough space if you have big suitcases. We travelled with the backpack so no issues. So, good service but I would improve the customer service.
