Gerbrand HWell, the bus was 15minutes too late. But more important, it did not stop at the airport! We had to take a taxi to make the last 6km to be on time at the right place. It costs us another 300 bath. So, we were not happy.

Duy TVery good service. When you are dropped off at the intersection, there is a team at the drop-off point to help take you to the airport by motorbike for around 100 baht per person. I love this service.

Rosa Mthe 10 people shared van was a very practical choice for getting straight to the airport from Khao Lak to Phuket. Driver picked me up 10 mins before the agreed time but i was already waiting- the driver was kind and respectful- The van was almost full and there was space just for a small hand luggage. Comfortable seats and air conditioning in the van!

Ariane AThe bus did not arrive at 11:10hs, I called the hotline 11:38hs but nobody answered the call, then I opened a ticket at 11:52hs using the website.
Then after more minutes waiting, the bus arrived super late, at 12hs, packed. There was no place for ME and MY FRIEND to sit (both of us bought the ticket using 12 Go to be sure we would have a place for us to sit).
We had to sit on the floor in the back of the bus, super hot, until Phuket Bus Terminal 2. No air conditioning enought on the back, close to the toilette. I felt sick and my blood pressure lowed down, I thought I was going to faint on the bus, thanks Buddha I did not!
If I knew it would be like this, I would just have entered the bus and payed directly 150 baht instead of more than 9USD = 300 baht not to have a proper place to sit.
I will never choose this option again!

Meghana RI was lucky I went 40 minutes early as the bus came at 9:35 and left promptly. Also lucky that my stop was one of the early ones as I could see many people who had booked online having to stand the whole way because they just kept filling up the bus.

Andrew WMy biggest complaint is that I paid to go to Phuket airport in my trip from Khao Lak, and they forgot to go to the airport, so I then had to get a taxi from where they eventually dropped me off.
Sorry but because of this it’s difficult to recommend this service
