The bus was great and the people in charge too. Just the AIR CONDITIONER was absolutely insane. I asked for it to be lower, they just gave mo one blanket. I was freezing. :(

The facilities were nice and clean and everything was well organized. But it was sooooo cold on the bus, in spite of the free blanket, I only slept 1-2hrs during the nearly 10hr trip. I can usually sleep anywhere, but this was like being in the fridge!!

On 12Go we should have arrived at 3am but when I took the bus, they told me we would have arrived at 6am. I’ve booked a room in a hotel for nothing! Also the bus was empty but they gave me the worst bed ever: on the lower floor in front of the toilet. I couldn’t even lie down completely as the bed was too short.
