Honestly there is no need to make so much announcements, we are in a bus not an airplane. Also coming to check if we have our seatbelt on is maybe too much, my advice let the customers in peace. I understand you have policies but its the first bus travel I make in Asia where the guy was stressing me out by checking every 20 minutes if we have our seatbelts on, its not ok.

It was very cold on the train. Even with request to raise temperature, the low temperature remained and we had to endure the cold. We sat next to the door that led to the toilet area and the smell from the toliet went to the carriage and the smell was horrible. We tried to look for another pair of seats but they were all occupied. The worst was the timing. The train was one hour late and stopped multiple times for unknown reasons. We arrived in our destination one and a half hour later. It was quite disappointing!
