Everything was excellent other than we departed Ipoh bus station around 30 mins late. The driver did a fantastic job and we still arrived only around 15 minutes late.

30 minutes late After going to the bus we were told that we actually had to board a different bus. After terrible communication we were forced to board the bus that we had not booked We had to take the last two available seats on the whole bus which was at the very back. When I asked about our booked seats I was told just find a seat. Our booked seats were front row due to travel sickness which I explained to the guy who didn’t care and was super rude. The whole bus ride was spent feeling sick due to this. Left station at 12:40 Instead of 12pm

great overall. Our bus from cameron to Amanjah was late but all the staff at station helped us get on our next bus. The baggage loading should be supervised by a staff as people placed their bags horribly and although there was plenty space in baggage compartment we struggled to put our bags. Seats were comfy. for journeys more than 2 hours there should be small stops for food or toilet. train station is well equiped with adequate clean toilets, shops restaurants massage chairs. ticket counters and all staff os very good efficient and helping. There was wifi on bus that worked great.

It was fine but we arrived almost one hour late (in a 2,5h trip) comparing to the estimated time There was heavy traffic in some parts of the road but I still do not think the arrival was realistic The A/C was too low , but it seems it is normal in all vehicles in the country
