The bus arrived on time and was very comfortable, with leather seats, adjustable backrests and footrests. There was also a free bottle of water for everyone. The driver drove very well and even dropped me off directly at my accommodation. We also had a toilet break along the way. Everything was great! I would definitely recommend this bus service. 😊

Unfortunately my boyfriend and I had a disappointing experience with this journey. We arrived a little early for the bus (it said to come half an hour early), and then found out that our bus was actually half an hour later (10:15 not 9:45), which it didn’t say online. We also found out that we needed to get a shuttle bus to where the actual coach was, which would take 45 minutes - all in all adding 1 hr 15 to what was meant to be a 3hr journey. 2.5hrs into the journey, we stopped to pick up more passengers, and the driver told me I couldn’t get out to pee (there was no loo on the coach either). He was quite rude, but finally let me go after a lot of huffing and puffing (we feel some communication about breaks and timings before this would have helped). Sadly it made our journey quite frustrating, but we hope this review helps improving this service in the future.

We started just 10 minutes after schedule. A car brought us to the pick-up-point of the van. The van was comfortable. We stopped for a short break after two hours. We even arrived 20 minutes early at our destination.

A great experience - comfortable bus, safe driving, great staff - you get a towel and free water too! Just be mindful that you switch from a day bus to a sleeper bus, but that's even more comfortable! Recommended!
