The waiting area for the bus in HCMC was very busy and congested.the bus arrived late and there was confusion about the bus destination. Some passengers for a different destination had their luggage loaded in error and had to have it removed.

Overall it was Okay. A bit inconvenient that initially the bus was 40 mins late, and then we had to change buses where the driver was quite impatient and was shouting with us because we didn't understand what he wants to say.

J’ai déjà envoyé plusieurs mail concernant mon aventure avec cette compagnie mal honnête. Nous avons payé un trajet jusqu’à Mui Ne qui a été encaissé sauf que en fin de journée nous recevons un sms de la compagnie « hanh café » nous disant qu’il non plus de place dans leurs transport. Très étonnée car nous avons bien été encaissé, on leur envoie des messages, des appels pour en savoir plus, savoir comment faire, et ce faire rembourser aussi évidement! mais aucune réponse de leurs part. Sans nouvelle de personne, nous avons du payé encore un autre trajet pour nous assurer que nous aurions bien des places pour nous rendre le lendemain à mui ne. Depuis toujours aucune nouvelles que ce sois de la compagnie n’y 12go personne ne peut rien faire. Très malhonnête ce genre de compagnie. Quand on essaye de les appeler au téléphone ils répondent 1x sur 30, et pour vous raccrocher au nez au bout de 20secondes!!
