When arriving at the pick-up point, you'll need to sign in to receive your bus ticket. I bought the ticket online to depart at 11am, but they gave me a ticket for 11:30am... maybe the first bus was already full? You will then board a regular seated bus, which will take you 1 hour out to their Hanh Cafe station in Bên Cam, where you will transfer to a sleeper bus. MAKE SURE YOU PEE even if you don't think you need to. That sleeper bus won't stop until you reach Mui Ne. The sleeper bus was very clean and comfortable. The TVs don't work. They provided a bottle of water, which was nice! Arrived 15 minutes early.

The waiting area for the bus in HCMC was very busy and congested.the bus arrived late and there was confusion about the bus destination. Some passengers for a different destination had their luggage loaded in error and had to have it removed.
