The bus element was fine but the speedboat was completely cramped every single seat + more was full of passengers which meant for a really uncomfortable journey . I am dreading the journey from lipe to Phuket :(

Van from the airport to the pier was great. No problems. Boat from the pier to Koh Lipe was more or less on time, but not the most comfortable ride. This was probably because of conditions though, which is understandable. There were a lot of waves, and after going over one there was a really big drop, which I didn't expect. I landed in my seat with a hard drop, which I didn't think anything of in the moment, but my lower back has been extremely sore for 2 days now. It'll probably be fine, but hurts getting in and out of bed, standing up, etc.

I made this trip 3 times before and never made a stop in a national park on the way. This was not on the itinerary and we arrived an hour later than was planned. Also the driver was speeding and way too close to the vehicles in front of him. But thats unfortunately the case with almost every bus driver in Thailand.
