The meeting point address sent the day before via WhatsApp was different from the one written on the ticket. We went to the one sent via WhatsApp, impossible to find the bus. Then 2 different localisation were sent (in the area hopefully) but no precise indication about localisation. And stressful message such as ''hurry up, we will leave without you if you're not here''. But we were 20min in advance, at the GPS point. It didn't make sens at all. Staff not really kind, they didn't say Hello or smile at us at all. At the arrival, you are dropping on the street. No address of arrival written.

The bus was less than expected, very dirty and it didn’t stop where I booked it but far more north than planned! Like 3 hours more.
