We were travelling back from Ha Giang to Hanoi. We had booked a VIP limousine 10, what we actually got was a limousine bus. Although the replacement was of acceptable quality, they are not as good as the VIP limousines. The seats are comfortable but don't have as much adjustment in them. The charging points are all USB A, and the one in my seat didn't work anyway. We had booked a 7am pickup but were told the night before that we would be collected at 6:30. We may have booked a later transfer if we'd known about this in advance. The journey itself was fine, the driver was good and we never felt unsafe, unlike others that we've used recently. We stopped twice, once for a quick comfort break and once slightly longer for a lunch stop. There was some confusion on arriving in Hanoi as they were asking us to get off in the wrong location, but this was resolved when I showed them my booking. I would book this kind of bus again if necessary, but it is disappointing when you are downgraded without any explanation or comeback.

I wasn't given all the information beforehand that I will be taken to the main bus in a smaller car . That part was long and somewhat uncomfortable. Then the main bus took us to Ninh Binh where the driver asked where we want to go. He gave the impression that he would drop us there but arranged for another uncomfortable small bus to take us to our hotel

The company is disorganised. They messaged me the evening before my trip asking to make my journey an hour earlier or later. We chose the hour earlier. Then they messaged again to ask if we could make it an hour later. This happened multiple times over 12 hours and overall our trip was changed roughly 5 times. The last one being less than an hour before departure where they brought the time forward again with no notice. Overall quite stressful and unnecessary. Would NOT recommend this company

I got from A to B, but it was very unclear what was going on. Directed into cars, then drive to a limo - wait that's the wrong limo - oh no one in the group is on the driver's list, wait here - get in this limo. At the end of the day I got where I needed to go on time, but it was all very unorganised.
