The pick up location wasn't correct. Had to ask locals to find the correct place. Then sat at an office for 35 minutes in the bus waiting for other passengers. Driver drove very unsafe. Overall terrible experience.

Felt a bit lost at the drop off point but someone was expecting me so they approached me and asked if I booked a ticket with them. If not for them, I'd have taken a bit of time to find them. Multiple stops and transfers in between that was unexpected but the main shuttle to Tam Coc was comfortable and bottled water was supplied. Chairs have a massage option. Very comfortable

There was trash from other passengers in the car, and there were open water bottles everywhere. The worst part was the driver all the way to Ninh Binh. He drove way too fast and drove very close to everyone, which made us feel very unsafe. It was truly unpleasant!

We used this transport service from Ha Noi to Tam Coc (near Ninh Binh) and everything went smoothly. The driver picked us up at the arranged location (though a clearer sign would’ve helped), and the ride was comfortable and on time. No issues at all — would recommend!

I thought I’d be picked up at the airport in the limousine and taken directly to Tam Coc but I was picked up in a car which drove me to downtown Hanoi where I waited for the limousine. I was then driven to about 20 minutes from Tam Coc where I was transferred to a SUV which drove me to the Long Hotel in Tam Coc. A bit confusing but I took a leap of faith and ultimately got to where I was going.
