Tony SBad to start with due to address errors in Hanoi.
The address number 54. The lady didn’t recognize my ticket. She sent me a few doors down. This happened 3 times. Then advised your company had changed address to 1km down the road. This was also not correct. When the bus was due to depart I got a call saying are you at number 54. I was there 40 minutes early and got this run around .
This got sorted by the company with a free taxi to catchup at the buses next stop 15km away So it ended well. Thankyou

Adrian SOrganization was a bit crazy - first bus company changed time of departure, then, when we arrived, we waited outside with a huge crowd and it was unclear which bus to take (found out that we have to look for license plate which was printed on our ticket to find correct but)
But actual bus ride was very comfortable (I am 1.86 m high) and bus driver did not constantly honk but was driving rather sane -- very contrary to everything we heard.

James SA few days before departure TP Booking sent email notifying new time and place of pick up. I showed up there early, but was informed they tried to reach me on WhatsApp (my number is not a WhatsApp number) and sent another email changing the place (back to original) and time (even earlier) 45 minutes before the changes went into effect. I don't monitor my email 24/7 so did not see the second change. Initially, TP Booking tried to put the blame on me which I rejected. Then I got the worst berth on the bus, in the back with head room 2/3 the other berths and on the bottom. I'm 74 and fairly tall so found it difficult to squeeze into the coffin sized berth. I complained and they transferred me to another bus 3 hours into the journey where I got an upper berth. They did make an effort to accommodate me after totally screwing up the trip to start. I appreciate it, but won't be traveling with them again. Also, 12GO Asia did not give me a choice of berths when I bought my ticket. If I had been given a choice I would have chosen an upper berth and that would have solved one of the problems on this trip.

Paige WAmazing trip! Seats were comfortable lots of room, has a charger port and blanket, it does get freezing so dress to be warm! Super clean and even came with water. Only 2 stops for a 10 hour bus ride so prepare for little toilet breaks but other than that amazing!!!

Fiona DNo complaints - the bus was clean, driver was nice and I slept the entire way through. To the point that I think I scared a poor employee who tried to wake me up and I was so deep asleep that I screamed out of shock when he finally managed to shake me awake. Luckily he laughed it off just as I did.

Millie BExcellent communication from the lovely staff. Bus was at the station early so we could get on and choose a seat in plenty of time before we set off. The bus was very clean, and the seats were comfy, with curtains on both sides for privacy and room to put your bag!
