Worst trip ever.
12 hours with no break.driver kept yelling at me and blocking my way when I asked to go to the toilet.

Johann RPick up 1h late, bus left not at 6:45 left at 9:20. the guy at the the pick up point is useless, he had no idea. he just said the same sentence again and again. "Is only pickup, no office". I think, eventually the operator was a different one. 12Go Support useless, because support not available.

Leya HBeds were comfy and a blanket was provided. Also had a toilet in use which was great.
Arrived 10mins before departure time but bus didn’t leave til at least 30mins after.
Unclear about where you were supposed to go or be when you first arrived at the meeting point and drivers were not very friendly. Was unsure we were even on the correct bus until we had been on for 20 mins when they came and asked where you were going.
TV did not work, was told WiFi did not work.
One of the drivers was stood inside the doorway of the bus smoking before we left the station so the whole bus smelled of smoke.
Nearly impossible to sleep due to the erratic movement of the bus, unsure if this was due to the driving or the condition of the roads.

Charlotte JBuss was about 10 mins early. The buss stop had a waiting room with ac and people who tells you when the buss is there and helps you with the bag. Had to wait many hours before the first break, go to the toilet roght before your buss comes!

Caitin whole thing was badly planned. the pick up point hanoi ssb was on the side of a random road in old quarter. we were told our bus would depart 5am so we got there 4:40. no signs of anyone at this pick up point we texted group tour to say we were there we later then called to which some guy picked up and said to wait. a guy then walks down the road and asks if we are going to phong nha and to wait 15 mins. then a taxi comes up and he tells us to get in and after he leaves. taxi then drops us off after 20 minutes drive to another random road outside of hanoi doesn’t say anything and just leaves us and our bags. it was 6:30 by the time the bus turns up which we were surprised it actually did. bus journey was fine however took longer because stopped at hue and de nang where we were moved onto a mini bus to finally take us to hoi an. just no communication at all.

Lynn Bus was comfortable and on time but the driver kept smoking inside the bus throughout the night!

Sylvain PIt says it’s a direct bus from Old Quarter to Phong Nha on the website. Truth is they sent me a grab bike from the pick up address to the south of Hanoi where the bus picked me up. Then he dropped me in the middle of nowhere were a private car brought me to the Hostel. The trip was ok but the company should be transparent about the trip.

Zuchi NTicket office lady was very angry. Would not tell us about seat choosing procedure. There was no english instructions in bus toilet. It would be great if i by myself can choose seat when ordering ticket
