Hanoi - Mu cang Chai. Bus left almost an hour left. In one of the toilet breaks the bus almost leaves me behind, luckily my husband was in the bus and told the driver to wait for me. There wasn't a proper lunch stop, the ride was supposed to last 6h, it took almost 10h. The seats were okay-ish, I'm 1.74, i couldn't fill stretch.

The bus was broken and had to be repaired, so the departure time was 1,5 hours later than scheduled. From the agency, we got a picture of the bus that we have to take, in the end it turned out that the picture was not correct. That lead to confusion and stress as we didn't know if the bus we were standing in front of was the right one. It took 10 minutes to clarify it with the agency.

The sleeping bus was different than the one showed in pictures! Meaning in pictures it showed a more comfortable and bigger bed, it said they had wc on board, buy hey didn't. They were one hour late. The driver drove like crazy.
