We rode from Hanoi to Mai Chau and did manage to get on the correct bus. But the description for where to meet the bus was not accurate. It stated that we needed to exchange tickets at the Hanoi Opera House, which was wrong. In addition the bus was about 2 blocks from the pick up point that we received from 12go. We managed so it all worked out. Once on the bus all was fine.

Found this company on 12Go app and was happy with the service . They communicated regularly on WhatsApp and confirmed pickup location so no confusion. Driver was on time , bus was clean and the driver even dropped as at our accommodation which was just little past the planned drop off point .

They rescheduled my bus 3 times after telling me I booked a sold out bus and then the driver made me feel like I inconvenienced them and it was my fault. He wouldn’t accommodate moving my bags to the back storage of the van, made me give up a seat because he said someone else paid for the seat I was sitting in. Overall it was not a good experience.
