The driver did not communicate with us. Usually the driver messages us on WhatsApp before the trip to verify the number plate and departure time. No message. When we stopped for a potty break/coffee break- he just jumped out of the car. No indication on how long we had to use the toilet or eat. We made it safely and I’m grateful for that. I would just prefer some communication like every other driver I have had in Vietnam
