Everything was generally fine, very nice van and everything. But they told me one hour before my booked bus was leaving, that this one is cancelled, and i was placed on another one an hour later. It was ok for me, but I guess for others this can be quite an inconveniemce.

I got an email saying my trip was cancelled due to something that was not relevant to my trip. Issue wasn’t resolved by customer service so we had to book another transfer. I asked for my money back but never got it. Would never book again

We had a stop at a Pearl Farm (about 1h) only 10 min away from our final Destination. The vehicle was good, the Crew was friendly but I paid for a transport and not a sales event.

They told us to meet on pur street corner at 10:55. They arrive 50 minutes late at 11:45. Wrong license plate given. They didn't update us that it would be a different car, or that they would be very late. The driver shouted at me and my wife to get in his car. I wanted to verify with the company first, as we didn't want to get in a random car. He was very angry with us. Car was packed with people already, very squashed. Didn't tell us when we'd be getting on a bus, didn't tell us when we'd be stopping for a bathroom or drinks break. It was terrible. Looking at their google reviews, many many people have had a bad experience also. You should remove them from your site as it reflects badly on your company.

Good trip overall, but the departure time was moved twice, eventually being the same as the originally scheduled time. Hence I had a much longer wait at the departure point than necessary.
