Graham Good trip overall, but the departure time was moved twice, eventually being the same as the originally scheduled time. Hence I had a much longer wait at the departure point than necessary.

Racha Everything was perfect 😍 They kept in touch with us and we even were supposed to be picked up from opera house but they came to pick us up from our hotel. Very punctual very professional 👏 we arrived on time and we didnt even feel the time, we also stopped for a coffee break ❤️. The bus also met our expectations ❤️ thank u 🙏 The price is unbeatable, highly recommended. Book it without hesitation.

Artur PBus, price and ride quality was OK. The only problem was that 1h before the departure from Hanoi SSB, lady from the "call center" informed me there's no pick up from this station and I had to walk 3km to the other one. Fortunately I received the pin with location.

Emily The location that was given to us was different to where the bus picked us up from. The bus was 30 minutes late, after 15 minutes someone came and collected us and took us further down the street where the bus was actually going from. The bus ride was fine but the experience is a little stressful if you are unused to bus services in Vietnam.

Bruno JOverall the transportation was great and quick Vietnamese style. The only thing we didn't appreciate was the incomprehensible driver who was rude because we were late, I clearly understand they have a schedule and we have to arrive on time. But unfortunately sometimes things don't happened as planned. Some streets where blocked because of the flood so we had to take alternative routes with the grab driver. Midcourse the driver changed itinerary and I had to change the grab itinerary, so we paid more an had to pass blocked routes again. What made us even later at destination. Overal good driver, but rude...

Line PWe missed the first bus due to miscommunication about departure (due to the typhoon). The travelagency was so kind to assist with help and let us on another bus without any charge. They even drove us right to our hostel. The drive was nice, the bus was great and overall a very good service. Will definitely recommend.
