there was a delay on time. they called in the morning a few hours before to let me know. I really liked that. the bus was good, the staff where very nice and informative. the boat ride was weird, it was like 10 minutes ride. but for the best. the bus stopped near my hotel. it was perfect. thank you

Everything was on schedule, clear and simple. Reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the A/C on the first bus malfunctioned and it took 40 min. to find a replacement, and that seats were not preallocated for 2 persons to seat together.
