Terrible service We booked a van transfer from Hanoi to Hai Phong with this company. A car picked us up at our hotel and we got in, trusting that it was the Dahiichii Group company. At no point were we asked to confirm the reservation made through 12Go. Later, we were taken to an office on the outskirts of Hanoi, where we had to wait more than half an hour before being able to board the van we had booked. When it was time to get on, the driver demanded payment for the ticket and showed us a price on his phone. I politely explained that the trip had already been paid for, but he insisted again, this time shouting. It was only when I showed him the ticket—already quite upset by the situation—that he finally accepted it and we were able to start the journey. A very unpleasant and unprofessional experience that creates distrust and is absolutely not recommended.

Possibility to pick you up if you’re around the Old Quarter. Nice car and english speaking guide during the trip. Little stop during the trip to grab some food (expensive though).

only thing is, i booked the cable car, friver explained it'd take a bit longer than speedboat and to switch, that was okay, i got some refund but not the whole difference between bus+speedboat and bus+cablr car
