Said to be there at 9:40 to leave at 10:10. Left at 11am. We had the last row of seats, quite tiny. There were cokroaches coming from the boot - which was too small to fit everyone's luggage so they were in the middle of the van, impossible to come out without walking on them. Of course, the driver's driving was more than hazardous, passing cars with no visibility and with a headest.

The sched was supposedly 2:10, they moved it to 3:30 then they wanted us to wait more. We left past 4 then we had to wait again for few more passengers after along the way. A lot of time wasted, are plans were moved bec of the limo being late

My experience was perfect! Mr. Vu arrived on time and the vehicle was quite comfortable! He was an excellent driver, making me feel extremely safe, especially on the windy mountain roads! We stopped for breaks and food, and he was so kind and helpful!

Everything was fine. The communication with the bus company. The only problem is that these sleeper buses are a bit to small for taller Europeans.

On-time pickup (10 mins earlier infact). Everything was good. But the journey realistically takes 6.5 - 7hrs. We left at 3pm and reached past 9:30 with a 25 minute break inbetween.
