Very difficult to find the bus in the bus station. The picture of the bus in the ticket is not the real bus. Nobody speaks English there, so I took 1h to find the bus. Also the drivers were laughing on my face everytime I asked something, it was a nightmare, even with the translator. They were rude, not friendly, zero English, so definitely not prepared to work with tourists. Also the bus was 2h late. The bus was comfortable, but freezing, air conditioner too strong.
