The time and location of the bus departure changed twice. The first time about 12 hours before departure the time was changed. Then the departure location changed less than an hour before the newly set departure time. The bus was clean. We were rushed at the rest stops. The bus did arrive early to Ha Giang

Leaving 2 h late, arrive 2 h late. I was picked up at 15:30 and taken to a bus that did not leave until 17:30. The bus was supposed to arrive to Ha Giang at 21:30, but it arrived after 23:00. I rushed to make it to the bus on time due to a busy life schedule and to me is unacceptable to make people waste time like this. 12go did not reply to my complaints.

We didn't get picked up by the sleeper bus, at first they transferred us by Van and after that some of us got in some sleeper bus, and a group of 6 (us included) got transferred again by van to the sleeper bus. But it wasn't a problem at all, we arrived at our sleeper bus and everything went smoothly from there. They stopped every 2-3h for Toilet break's. The driver kindly dropped us of at our hostel after we asked him if it was possible. The only criticism we have is, we were late 2.5h.

Bus is good, cabins are big enough to lie and sleep. Normally 5 stars, but the driver was a little bit too aggressive for me. We couldn't sleep, just moved from one side to the other side in the cabin, because of the curves, which the driver took very strong.

I chose a pickup point 2 minutes walk from my hotel. A couple of hours before departure I got a message that the point and the time had been changed so I had to walk 20 minutes and leave an hour earlier, which was very uncomfortable. When I arrived at the point I was told it was changed again (!) And we walked 20 more minutes to a third spot. Then we waited for the bus 15 more minutes in the street. The seats are somewhere between sitting and laying so you can't do neither, and the air con was weak. The worst thing is that we arrived at the destination 3 hours later than advertised. The driver was nice.

The bus was on time and the seats were decent, but the drivers made it Very disappointing. Even though our ticket said to arrive 30 minutes early, we received a message the same day asking us to be there an hour ahead. After a taxi issue, we arrived 20 minutes before departure, but the drivers were already tense and rude. They refused to let my wife use the restroom, and when she asked about the next stop, all they said was, “Can’t talk. Sit down.” Later, they stopped for around 30 minutes to smoke and eat. I guess the rush wasn’t really about the schedule—just about getting to their personal break. Which is fine, but a little courtesy would’ve gone a long way.
