The bus was late 2 hours and the operator stopped even replying to my texts. Then the location changed again and we had to walk 20 minutes with all our luggage.

I had a very disappointing experience with this bus company. During a 5-hour journey we were given only one toilet break, which is far from sufficient. The drivers talked loudly, laughed, and kept honking the horn repeatedly throughout the ride, making it impossible to rest. The driving style was extremely aggressive, and there were no seat belts available, which made the trip feel unsafe. This was supposed to be a sleeper bus for long-distance travel, but with all the noise and reckless driving, getting any sleep was absolutely impossible. Overall, it was a complete joke. I do not recommend this company at all.
