SCAM. I give one star because I can’t give less. After they arrived late to pick us up at the meeting point, we missed the bus and had to wait another two hours for the next one. The bus driver was very rude, speaking to us as if we were cattle. They dropped us off at the wrong place and the driver closed the bus door in our face, telling us to take a taxi. If you want to avoid getting angry, don’t use this company.

The driver was rude, speeding a lot, and didn't let us sleep on the bus when we arrived at 4 am which he had already confirmed before our departure. Bus was nice, movie and sound quality pretty bad.

We booked a a bus in the company with a Royal Cabin. Then someone contacted us by whattsapp saying we had to be in Bang Phang office in Hanoi, and then we had to go in a bus that had nothing to do, a downgrade. Hein told us, she had made a mistake in the reservation, but: “how do you make a mistake on 2 different companies?” Really bad experience.

The Bus just speeded with maximum speed from Hanoi to Ha Giang - we went 1,5h ealier and get kicked out of the Bus. We nearly fall out of the bed! 100kmh permanent on shitty, bumpy roads - the opposite of a sleeping bus….

I booked a bus from Old Quarter and received a ticket for stop 25km away. I called the number and the lady gave me a time for the old quarter pick up which was incorrect so we ended up missing our 12pm bus. She put us on the 4pm bus but refused any compensation for the delay we faced and said it’s my fault because I wanted to change my pick up location. She was nice enough and not rude - kindly take this ans feedback to improve. And the bus itself took 7.5 hours not 5 as mentioned ( I believe it’s the standard time but it was misleading information posted on 12go). Bus was comfortable and clean though and drivers accommodated stopping where we requested which was helpful as we arrived so late,
