Great communication via Whatsapp before the trip. Safe driving along the route with multiple rest stops. Took us all the way to our hotel in central Ha Giang. We did leave about 30 minutes late, but that was not a major issue for us.

Terrible Experience. Never Again! We booked lower cabins and even paid extra for them, but when we arrived, our names weren’t even on the list. After some confusion, we were finally allowed to board, but we didn’t get the cabins we paid for. Instead, we got the upper beds in the very back row, much smaller and uncomfortable, especially since we are 1.90 m and 2.05 m tall. The ride itself was horrible. The driver drove like a maniac, constantly overtaking, braking hard, and honking non-stop. It was impossible to sleep or even relax for a minute. We were shaken the entire night. Never book this bus again!!

We booked King star company leaving Ha Giang at 8.30 Company did not showed up, they "sold us" to another operator (red buses) forced us to minivan going to different station and as a cherry - our bus had minor accident with truck (truck driver was responsible not our bus driver) 22 km before Hanoi so we had to take taxi and not wait hours for vietnamese police to show up etc... Absolutely not reccomended

Night bus: - did not have the toilet - had electric seats, but electric seats were not working - bus arrived 1:45 hours earlier than planned. It would be great to know these things before. Good things: - it was clean - driver and co-driver were friendly

They were delayed, which is kind of normal here, but they react and contact us after we asked them about the departure. Stops during way, cabins are comfortable, can be one cabin for 2 people on 5hours long way like this.. Which wasn’t mentioned anywhere

The communication was OK But the bus was leaving from different place than announced and departedt at different time than announced. It arrived 2 hours late. It arrived on other place than announced. Even for Vietnam this sum of events it is too much.

Left and arrived on time. Were told 2 bathroom breaks, but was only 1 after the first two hours of driving (out of 7!). Multiple people asked the driver for a stop, that never happened and were told “20 minutes” or “no english” at those requests. Sleeperbeds were quite short, but all very clean
