Friday 11:30. Boat was in time, but have to wait 1,5h for the driver because of friday prayer. It is every friday at the same time, so just don‘t offer this trip at this time.

Absolutely seamless! Communication was great, the boat was waiting for us at the jetty on Gili Air on time and the car was already waiting for us when we arrived on Lombok. Obviously a little more expensive than the public boat and a taxi but great for when you need to be at the airport early!

The crew was a bit disorganized and chaotic. They sold too many tickets for the number of seats. As a result, not all passengers had room and had to be brought across on another boat. In all the rush, they also didn't load all the luggage and had to transport it separately to Bangsal. To top it all off, the two boats almost collided as they set sail!

The driver (Setyo) was very professional, arrived on time to pick me up from my hotel and stopped whenever I needed to go to the toilet or stretch my legs throughout the journey. He even walked me to my ferry to make sure I got on ok. Excellent service!
