I was able to easily find the train options and pick the one that was most suitable for me time-wise. Although I wasn't able to pick the seats but the confirmation came quickly with the assigned seat numbers. The PDF that was provided was enough to present as booking confirmation when checked and I did not have to take any printouts. The train seats were very comfortable and had lot of leg space, enough to keep my large trolley bag and comfortably place my legs as well.

You’re given a representative to meet and then a different person arrives. Turns out they’re trying to purchase a ticket for the lowest price possible despite you having already paid. Once sat down, it became obvious there weren’t enough seats so the driver’s assistant sat on the step- this developed into encroaching into our space and leaning against us and into us.

Hello, I have booked with you 4 tickets first class. By mistake I gave a wrong pass number. After contacting you you told me it can not be changed sonI booked an other ticket just to be sure that we can travel together. When arriving the railroad station we showed our ticket number. We had to pay €4500,- or something. While we waiting for the train we wondered why we again had to pay fiets class. It seems that they did not saw the tickets, did not ask anything and could not give the money back. So here we are, in Colombo we were with 4 persons and bought 9 tickets. This is not oké!!!
