Nothing to say about the trip itself. But when arriving at kawaguchiko, the driver didn’t want to open the trunk on both sides. He just opened one side, he ignored me and just replied « NO!  » when my wife politely asked to open the other side because our bags where on the other side. I had to remove all the suitcases which were in front of my bags to access them, and then i had to enter in the trunk and struggle to collect my stuff. My wife had to speak to the driver and tell him that « it was dangerous and bad from him » to act like that for him to finaly decide to open the other side of the bus trunk. I never leave any comment usually… but this was really pathetic.

It took 4 hours to arrive shibiya is unacceptable . The original time from 3:20pm to 6:10pm , but finally arrived around 7:32pm
