Terrible experience due to inconsiderate passengers The bus ride from Fuji to Tokyo was an absolute nightmare. A group of European tourists shouted and talked loudly for the ENTIRE trip, without a single moment of quiet. On top of that, they were eating the whole way — the entire journey. There was no peace at all. What should have been a relaxing ride became genuinely exhausting. People like this should honestly be put on a blacklist. It completely ruined the trip for everyone around them. I understand the staff can't always control passengers, but some basic rules or reminders about noise and eating on the bus would go a long way. Very disappointing.

Nothing to say about the trip itself. But when arriving at kawaguchiko, the driver didn’t want to open the trunk on both sides. He just opened one side, he ignored me and just replied « NO!  » when my wife politely asked to open the other side because our bags where on the other side. I had to remove all the suitcases which were in front of my bags to access them, and then i had to enter in the trunk and struggle to collect my stuff. My wife had to speak to the driver and tell him that « it was dangerous and bad from him » to act like that for him to finaly decide to open the other side of the bus trunk. I never leave any comment usually… but this was really pathetic.
