Vadym DOur original trip was cancelled and rescheduled for 4 hours later. There was no proper waiting area, so everyone had to stand outside in the heat, which was very uncomfortable. The whole process was disorganized — some people received paper tickets and were sent off earlier, while others had to wait an extra hour with no clear explanation. It was a very frustrating experience overall.

Esther TThe service was late to leave but early to arrive as the seas were so calm. Very comfy and great temperature on the boat. It wasn’t very crowded which was nice. There were no announcements which I always find a bit odd. Health and safety announcements aren’t really a thing around here. But the journey was smooth and the ride comfy.
