Seamless experience, made trip in 2hours! Efficient and functional. Holistically, though requires a strong bladder. Bathroom sign said " no pee, no poop" Driver commanded that nobody speak, and there was a silent hush, only the whine of the wheels to be heard. Whispers and snores issued for rest of the ride. Don't expect overhead luggage bins or wide seating. Otherwise the destination is had and happiness will result.

The Bangkok Ekkamai main bus station itself seems to be undergoing some kind of renovation so all of the check-in counters were just workstation tables set up along the front of the terminal. It still did the job but I can't imagine how this flows in peak travel hours (I was there at 5:30am) or bad weather. The waiting areas at the bus platforms are small and there vendors but none were open that early in the morning. There is a 7-Eleven right on the corner so that helps. Boarding only started minutes before the bus was supposed to leave, and some how they managed to get a full bus of people on and settled into assigned seats and leave basically on time.

It was way too cold in the bus, the stewardess was informed a couple of times about the issue but did nothing to raise the temperature. Overall we are sick right now and will not recomend this operator to anyone.

We were supposed to leave Bangkok at 10:00 and arrive in Pattaya at 11:25; we didn’t leave Bangkok until 11:00 and didn’t arrive in Pattaya until 13:30. A full 2 hours late. There was also no communication about leaving late so I was sitting on the bus for an hour just waiting. I think they were waiting until the bus was at 100% occupancy
