We were 40 minutes early and of course expected to wait, but even after reading my WhatsApp, the operator did not make any attempt to pick us up early. Then after waiting 40 minutes, still noone was there with a name sign. We had to write on WhatsApp again, and overall we started 15 minutes late, so we waited almost an hour. The car was a beaten down Toyota with engine troubles, it vibrated like crazy and the check engine light was flashing desperately. We got to our destination, but overall the experience was not great.

The front desk staff was new, i got time to checkout until 2 pm but it did not mean, i would not take your bus to pattaya. I can now clearly understand what happened as clear from your team email- too many vans and buses come, i was awaiting for a bus in lobby since 12.45, your driver came and talked to front desk new hire, front desk guy was new hire, not trained, just conveyed to your driver, i will checkout at 2 and based on that information, your driver left conveying i need to come to airport. Front desk should have called me or announce my name in lobby but he did not, nor, your driver called my name nor had any pickup playcard in hand to display and i also did not inform frontdesk that i am here waiting, and the front desk new hire did not share this me, as could cause inconvenience to him, as he would have understood what he did by just mentioning to your driver, that i would checkout at 2 pm when its just my hotel extended checkout time. i kept waiting, and then after 2 pm sometime, i contacted the front desk and conceirge for help, and in this entire slipup, i missed your bus and had paid, then paid double in taxi. Hope you now have entire gist of scenario, so take an appropriate call to refund my booking amount back to my card- all equally at fault😊 Hereon - u cld send driver with placard, and announce name too in lobby, as a feedback so this improves your service too! Nearly 4 hours Drive from Bangkok to Pattaya. Not enough space for this long time. The seats are Not comfotable. It's Not acceptable that people are allowed to use mobile Phone loudspeaker during the Ride !!!! Would Not book again.

More than 2 hours delay, even though we left more than on time. We had to pick up people all the way across Bangkok which killed so much time. After arriving in Pattaya 1 hour late, the driver seemed not to have a scheduled itinerary for the drop offs. We were driving around town for another hour going north - south back and forth until our stop. Pick up at the Central Station was a bit uncomfortable as there was no seating available and we were told to sit on the curbside until someone shows up.
