The bus was on time to depart but traffic made the arrival a bit late. The seat was okay for short ride but it would have been too uncomfortable for a longer trip. The driver didn't really announce the stops as Thai people left 2 by 2 at different points but eventually told us we had reached the final stop when he saw the foreigners not getting out.

The App itself journey was smooth and instance response. Payment and customer service team were also great. But the only bad experience was about Train ticket to CNX trip. It should have seating panel to select by customer before confirmation. Many of users expected to get paried or group seating when they have an option to book. And the system should be able to generate the easy and transparent steps. Its easier to user to book or cancel the booking ticket of their desired ticket option ia not available. I suggest 12Go and Thailand Train Department to improve the online ticketing process transparently. Thank you.
