Ekkamai to Pattaya Destination Reviews

Really good ride and very friendly guy

Saharat Terminal .3719008002939E+24; the lady staff is unaccommodating. We were late because the Google map is confusing and our driver couldn't tell the exact location of the bus terminal. We called the staff. Very rude. She dropped the call in the middle of the conversation. Poor service for my first travelling from Pattaya to Bangkok.

The bathroom wasn't working and the bus took almost 40 minutes more.

The bus service was punctual, departing and arriving on time in 2 hours and 15 minutes. The comfort level was average—sufficient for a short journey but nothing exceptional. The buses are not the newest, and the air conditioning could use better maintenance, as there were moments when dust from the road could be felt. Overall, it's a reliable option for getting between Bangkok and Pattaya, but a little improvement in cleanliness and air quality would enhance the experience.

I like that they are on time, like even leave earlier than what the ticket said as soon as the bus is full. Hard working and skilled drivers take us to our destination. Generally the trips were smooth and professional, even though the minivan could be a bit of a bumpy ride. Will use the services again the next time I am in Thailand ^^

A standard commute to Pattaya in a minivan. The minivan is ordinary. Good thing -a USB charging port.

The trip was ok. However, it took almost 4 hours, instead of the estimated 2,5. Also: While waiting at the minibus station in Bangkok, I was offered a bus leaving earlier than the one booked. Fine - however, it ended up in another station in Pattaya, which caused me a little confusion. I had to take a taxi to the hotel, as it was close to the bus station where I was expecting to end up. The minibus has no room for baggage. My suitcase was accepted anyway, but it is not ideal if everyone has baggage ...
