Passenger reviews out of total 1,088 passengers traveled with us on this route

At 12Go our operators offer three types of service:

Cheap, Fast, Good - but you can usually pick only two of them!
Cheap & Fast won’t be Good. (e.g. buses from/to Khao San Road, local buses or 3rd class trains)
Cheap & Good won’t be Fast. (e.g. VIP trains in Thailand)
Fast & Good won’t be Cheap. (e.g. private limousine services, or VIP24 buses vs Express buses)

Make your choice! Please remember that though we are closely monitoring services, we are still an agency marketplace - meaning we focus on ticketing service and route availability / coverage rather than on factual seat recline angle you got today ^_^

I was little bit afraid of this trip, based on other comments. I wasn't sure what to expect. But it took smoothly. Minivan departured few minutes before time. Travel was quite comfortable. Only one annoying thing was speed limit indocator. It started to beep after driver has exceeded 100km/h. So in the first half of the trip this sound has been enabled every minute. Transfer to Koh Chang was also very smooth. We arrived to the island 30 minutes before time that was in the information.
★★★☆☆ Sep 11, 2017 (van Regional, Triple T) :
Overall trip ran very smoothly, however we were squashed in at the back of the bus with hardly any room to move. Also once dropped off at taxi location for transport to pier we had to wait for a minimum of 6 passengers in order for transport to run. After about waiting an hour they asked if we wanted to pay an extra 100bt each to go straight away! It would of been nice to know this before sitting in the heat for an hour! Apart from this journey was reasonable for the price.
★★★☆☆ Aug 3, 2017 (van Regional, Triple T) :
Whole trip was ok. A few remarks though: - a T.T.T sticker on the counter at the Ekkamai station would be welcomed to avoid asking everyone which counter we should get our tickets from. - There is no trunk in the van. So if the van gets full, the luggage will need to get under the seats if small enough, or on your knees. - Driver of the van refused to make an early stop for the toilets even though there were some on the road... - Changing tickets twice for the ferry was a bit confusing. Could 12go detail the steps of the travel so we know in advance how it will be proceeded. We did not know there would be a stop to finish the trip to the ferry with another taxi, which took our 3 tickets for the ferry + the van tickets to give us another ferry ticket with the mention "3". The taxi then took us to the ferry where we had to give this one ticket to get another 3 tickets for the actual ferry. Once on Koh Chang, taxis will wait for you at the arrival of the ferry. They will wait to have 10 people in their truck before going. So if you get one of the last ones and is not complete, they will wait for the next ferry (could be around one hour) to get you to your hotel, unless you agree with other people onboard to sum up 800 bahts to pay the driver to go immediately. Fortunately we were already 8 people and easily agreed to pay 100 bahts each....
★★★★☆ Jul 31, 2017 (van Regional, Triple T) :
Good service. Need to show online booking at one of the Ekkamai ticket windows to get 2 paper tickets, one for bus, one for ferry. Then we went to stop 17 to catch bus, no problems. Changed vehicles at roadside for the last 10km to ferry terminal - open sided pickup truck, was fun. Ferry journey was great and then paid B50 for shared pickup truck taxi to white sand beach hotels.
★★★☆☆ Jul 22, 2017 (van Regional, Triple T) :
The driver was driving like a mad men and constantly on his mobile phone, the bus was old and the ac was not working properly plus bad seats,
★★★★☆ Jul 6, 2017 (van Regional, Triple T) :
After reading all the negative reviews about the trip we were a bit worried, but it went out totally fine. We were an hour early at Ekkamai (german accuracy ;)) so we were able to get on the previous minibus. We didn't have any problems with our luggage and stopped for toilet and food twice.
★★★★☆ Mar 6, 2017 (van Regional, Triple T) :
a very good combination. I recommend Bardzo dobre połączenie. Polecam.

Going by Triple T by bus was a good trip. In Ekkamai station it was kind of hard to find the precise information on where to go to retrieve a ticket with a voucher, but remember, booth 24 ;) The bus is not that big, and if you only bring one ~60l backpack and a smaller one for you, then there is no need to buy an extra sit. Be prepared to wait longer time for the ferry.
