An excellent company and I highly recommend. They have a guide following you the entire journey (bus/ferry/bus). We had Nam in both directions to and from Cat Ba and he was absolutely fantastic, making sure everything ran smoothly and keeeping us all well-informed. His English was very good. A stop in each direction on the main bus leg out of and into Hanoi and Nam was very clear about timings, so everyone was back on board at the allotted time. Our big bus was full in both directions. We had the same driver both times and felt really safe in his hands. The main bus is indeed very clean and with comfortable reclining seats in excellent condition. One 500ml of water is provided. What’s App communication was efficient for them to reconfirm the day before travel and if you have any queries re pick-up/drop-off possibilities, they respond very quickly.

My rating is low mainly due to the driver's lack of common sense. While driving through one of the streets in Hanoi, he did not follow the example of other drivers, who were avoiding a large, deep puddle on the road by driving around it. Instead, he drove almost straight through it, forgetting that the suitcases in the storage compartment were not waterproof and water . Half of my belongings were wet and dirty. I appreciate the fact that he quickly reached our destination, but a little common sense and thinking would have been appropriate in such a situation. If I had had more expensive items inside and they had been damaged, I would have been forced to take action. Please provide training for such situations in the future!!!!
