Dirty seats with food all over. Language on the first 4 seats because there is no space where the luggage should be. Unorganized blankets and pickup. Over all a bad experience for a vip bus, and an expensive one.

At first the Pickup point we should go to don’t exsist anymore, but nobody gave is this information! We had to call the SAPA discovery Hotline and they said we must go to the bus terminal that was about 2km from the pick up point we went to. There was the bus. The ride was okay, no water as usual. permanent honking, but thats normal in Vietnam. We arrived almost one hour earlier but at another place in town then we should arrive.

I unfortunately slept through the stop off for a toilet break and when I woke I had 2 hours to wait until the next stop. The bus stopped and allowed a Vietnamese lady to go to the toilet, so I asked if I could go also. I was not allowed by the driver and shouted at. A German girl stood behind me and also asked, he shouted “no not now” again. I asked how long, he replied “one” meaning 1 hour. When we had nearly reached the next stop- I was on the verge of peeing myself and crying because of the pain.

The Bus was comfortable and left on time. Unfortunately we had an extra stop in a garage where some maintenance / repair work was done while we were waiting. This inculded an oil change of the bus. Overall we arrived over 2h late at our destination.

It's an absurd what they are doing in Vietnam! All times you see of available busses are FAKE, they first sell the tickets then they will try to allocate your departure based on what's best for them. This means you can simply learn a few hours before your bus is not riding, or that you need to take another bus 3 hours after or before the planned time. This needs to stop really. I had to spend almost 7x more to go by private car and not lose a flight because of this mess.

Decent coach - comfy sleepers for a daytime trip. First toilet stop on Danang to Phong Nha was pretty rough....but second was OK! About an hour late, but roads were busy and driver was safe.....😁

Bus was late so they onboarded me on different bus. Customer service was good and helped me get another bus. But they informed me about this change in last minute so I had to go rushing to pickup location. But rest of journey was good
