The bus is very comfortable. Lucky someone kept me updated and I didn't have other scheduled transportation.. In summary I chose this service because when I filtered the search by time, this was one of the quickest. But from 13h trip changed to 19h... Basically lost one day on my tight vacations.. and wouldn't need to have booked the hotel for the late arrival... (At the end my first plane of taking a flight + transfer would be much quicker) 1st - departing address was wrong. Moved not to far - ok.. 2nd - departure time moved for 1 hour later. Was informed previously. Ok ... 3rd - arrival time changed from 2am to 7am (and actually arrived at 8am)... Not ok Also bring food with you because the place where it stops, there's only one choice and the food is really bad (trust me, I'm not that picky with food)

Seats are way too small. Drivers are unkind and they smoke, smoke, smoke. Air conditionners make so terrible noise. The only good thing is that we finally arrive.

In the middle of the trip the driver's assistant forced us to get out of bed and sit on the floor of the bus under the pretext that there was not much time left before our stop. If I have paid for a seat it is not fair that in the middle of the trip they take it away from me. Bad service

We underestimated the time it would take to get to the bus station and after struggling t o find the bus we missed it, but thankfully one of the staff found us and took us to chase the bus. the bus was quite comfy and the trip was broken with a short toilet stop about half way to Dong Hoi. Good service and a comfortable trip
