Owner was friendly and responsive, but driver was a menace. Very rude, driving extraordinarily dangerously and then refused to drop us at our hostel or even in the Hoi An old town. This is despite us repeatedly asking to go to the old town, and two other passengers in the car already going there. He forced us out of the van 20mins walk away from our hostel and 40mins from the old town.
