Milica No one on board spoke English, which made communication a bit difficult. During a short break, the driver stopped for a cigarette, and passengers were allowed to use the restroom. I asked if we could buy something from the store across the street, but he said no — even though we could have easily bought some drinks while he was smoking. We waited until he finished his cigarette before continuing. It was also not permitted to walk or stand inside the bus, which was uncomfortable — especially for average-height people who couldn’t fit their legs properly into the sleeper seats. As a result, my boyfriend ended up with some knee pain.

Jin NCool lights, comfortable and clean cabin spaces with WIRELESS CHARGERS (slay). I couldn't stretch out fully (I'm 160cm) but not really an issue as I saw people just stick their legs out the curtains.
My original bus timing was cancelled on the day of and I had to grab another bus with the operator though

Jason MAir conditioning blew warm air from Nha Trang to Hue where we stopped for nearly 2 hours to have it fixed. Otherwise the trip to Phong Nha afterwards was ok.

Morné When we arrived at the bus station, the staff at the office just pointed and said ‘yellow bus’ We spoke to the driver who was sitting in the but and he said we would be leaving at 12pm, 2 hours later than expected and we had to just go and wait. We waited about 20min and I went back over to the bus where another man was sitting. He said he would come to collect us in 15min. There was lots of confusion. Eventually this man walked over to us and told us to following, walking outside the bus station and waiting alongside the road. A sleeper coach arrived within 5 min and we boarded. It was all a little confusing

Cabins in the bass wide enough to fit 2 of me, and i am not the skinny one.
Assistant in the buss told us the cabin numbers, so you may be assigned on bottom cabin or top cabin. i couldn't book the cabin in the app in advance.

Wendy MSome issues at the bus terminal - voucher said we needed to exchange for tickets but no one at the terminal knew anything about this.
Main bus journey was fine - as expected. However we broke down about 20km from destination. A minibus arrived fairly quickly to take us to destination. I don't know if he was drunk or just had never driven before but how we survived the journey is a miracle. Overtaking on blind bends at high speed, driving on wrong side of the road. We were all totally shaken up and frankly amazed to make it out alive.
