Ken KPickup point changed, drop off point changed, departure time was delayed 1 hour, my first ticket was canceled the day after booking, we were assigned seats 3 times. The cost of my ticket was $160 usd for the two of us and we received the sleepers next to the bathroom. My first tickets were $54 usd. Communication was good with Coco VIP but was never told the drop off point until we arrived at the bus station. Clean bus. Nice sleeper. Great help onboard with assistance.

Dmitry PBus was 1,5 hours late.
We should start our trip from Danang at 21:30, but dispatcher said us, that bus will be late to 40 minutes. After that, at 22:10 we started asking about bus, and at 22:30 dispatcher said, that bus will pick up as in 5 minutes. Actually, bus come at 23:00.
Waiting without information was weary stressful and uncomfortable.

Anthony HInitially booked one bus and got put on different bus that was 30mins later and located at a different station. When greeted by the staff they were rude - very unfriendly and impatient and seemed to have no care about our well-being. We saw that they had pillows stored at the back of the bus and when we asked for them they replied “no no no, for you, no”. Upon arrival they opened our curtains and told us to ‘get out now’. Overall the customer service was non existent and I was quite shocked how rude they were to us. The actual journey itself was also quite unpleasant; the driver drove really fast and at times I thought I was going to fall out of my bed.

Jana MWe recently took a VIP sleeper bus from Da Nang to Nha Trang. While the bus itself was OK, it appeared somewhat dated, and the provided blankets were quite worn.
Unfortunately, the overall service did not meet our expectations. We were scheduled to be picked up from our hotel at 6:30 PM, as confirmed in advance, but no one arrived until 8:00 PM. There was ongoing communication via WhatsApp so we didn’t feel to be completely forgotten. Eventually, a taxi was sent to take us to the bus.
The driving in the city was rough and uncomfortable; the driver’s stop-and-go style made us feel quite nauseous. Throughout the night, the bus made several unscheduled stops to load what appeared to be heavy sacks of livestock feed, and we didn’t feel entirely safe. One particularly concerning part of the journey involved a winding part of road where the driver’s handling was so poor that I nearly fell from my sleeper seat.
While we did arrive safely in Nha Trang, the overall experience was quite poor.

Steffen We traveled with Viet nam Travel bus VIP sleeping bus the whole family. My wife and three children. The trip was generally okay - Reasonably clean cabins with pillows and blankets. Three drivers, who next didn't know a word of English, and were a bit rude. There was no toilet on the bus and they didn't stop for dinner, so buy a lot of snacks in advance. However, they stopped on request when we had to go to the toilet. The television didn't work.
We stopped outside Nhe Trang and had to take a Shufflebus into Nha Trang. they tried to squeeze 14 passengers with luggage into a bus with room for 8. So we took our own taxi

Emma TBus was comfortable, had 2x toilet stops, didn’t get much sleep due to the constant honking of the horn, driver smoking most of the time with the window down.

Mitchell DPoor service, comfy seats but the staff and the people on the bus were disrespectful and disgusting. No toilet breaks unless requested and it wasn’t even a toilet just the side of the road.
Driver was smoking and people need to learn what headphones are.
