Brent The bus drivers attitude was completely unacceptable. The arrival drop-off was over 12 km away from where it was supposed to be and 4 hours earlier than stated on the ticket making it somewhat inconvenient and adding expence for pickup at 5:00am instead of 9:00am.

Wolff SRude staff on the bus, opened the cabin curtain without asking. Driver started smoking which spread through the entire bus. Only after the second request to stop he actually stopped smoking.
Bumpy ride all the way, as all the buses are. Got there one hour early. Could have been smoother.

Tim SWe were contacted on WhatsApp and then picked up from our hotel. This was great. .
Along the way we picked up numerous packages such that we had to turn around a couple of times, but that was not that bad.
All in all, was it for me rather comfortable and the 19h went on rather quickly. But the staff didn’t speak one word English, so there was not really any communication.
