Chloé We had to pay additional fees twice. The first time was because our second and third given names were not included in the booking, even though the 12GO app (in French) only asks for a “first name” in the singular.
We then had to pay an additional fee for our checked baggage, even though we had specifically chosen a flight displaying the logo indicating that checked baggage was included.
The flight itself was pleasant, but in the end it cost us much more than expected.

Lois RMy friend and I travelled in the VIP berth for two people. The conductor was very kind and helpful. In addition, we were given two bottles of drinking water and free meals. The beds were comfortable which allowed us to sleep well.
Overall is was a very positive experience. We appreciated the opportunity to see much more of Vietnam than we would have if we had flown in a plan.
