We had booked a different bus initially but it had a fault so we switched to this one. It was just ok, comfy enough for 5 hours. I would reccomend not booking the middle aisle which i made the mistake of doing. The registration of the bus was not the one we were sent by the app but they bus was in the correct terminal and bay

Only issue was that on ticket pick up point says office address but bus leaves from bus station. So if you buy ticket on same day - keep in mind, other way they send into to wassap. Guy in office was friendly and explaned where to go.

Overflowing toilet as we boarded, dirty bedding and no bin in our cabin... not a great start to our journey on this train. Food and drink sellers came almost hourly which was great and the food was great. No cold beer though. Ok but not a positive experience overall.

Great value for money but as is a lot of things around Vietnam the carriage isn’t suitable for tall people over 6ft but that’s only a small thing. The ride was pleasant enough and the food was great!

Great train journey. Loads of leg room and I am 1.81m tall. Very comfortable. The trains on Vietnam are rarely on time, so you need to accept this. The air- con worked fine. The staff were helpful and nice. There was often food and drinks available from the staff.

You can’t sit up in the second class beds and there’s very limited space for luggage. It’s so unclear when the train is stopping what stop you’re at - it feels as if you oversleep you’ll miss your stop. People in the cabins also loud and inconsiderate.
